Internationel embroidery Day

In Wednesday were the international embroidery day and it started fine. I had received a new pattern
from Angie, which I had felt in love, when I saw it in Manuela's flowergarden blog. That was the first thing I ever have bought outside Sweden via internet.

So I took the bus to Farsta, there our nearest shopping mall is. They open at 10 am and I was there at 10.03. The needlework shop isn´t that great, not muck to select, so there was only one linen fabric, which I took, but it wasn´t right. I need a fabric with more threats per cm.

 

 

 

Then I thought okay, I will try to sew on a UFO, but but dear friends not a single stitch was right so I gave up and took up hexagon's and had a very pleasant night with sewing and television.

I did more than this, but took the photo quite early in the evening
 

Yesterday was washingday and cleaning up in the vegetable plot. And today is first evening of three
and on Monday starts my vacation, four weeks.

Sorry for the quality of photos, all taken with my iphone, my camera don´t want to take any more pictures, so the first thing I will do on my vacation is buy a new camera.
