Sun visited us for a while today

The light is back, more and more every day and that is just great. Just now it 4.50 p.m. and almost full light yet. both Cats are more and more outside and as yesterday it was +7,3 C and sun. But I could tell you another story because my joints were aching like ... and ta-da, late inte evening it started to rain and sometime during the night it snowed. So today both Cats are inside again althought the snow which came under the night is almost gone.

Look what´s here again and I don´t like it, poor Gullis

I found some tiny tiny snowdrops just outside kitchenwindow (all the snow came under the night and is gone now
and I also found some crocus, before the deers found them
I feel happy over all the light we have again and in fact quite much sunlight too during the last week. My parents comes tomorrow night so I really hope it´ll be good weather so we can be outside a lot.

I link with Karen in my little Home and Garden for Sunlit Sunday week 8

take care Jaana

  1. Oi! Pidän tästä uudenvärisestä blogistasi! Tosi tyylikäs!
Hienoja kuvia. Ensimmäisessä kissan turkki näyttää jotenkin ihanan pehmeältä.
Krookukset ovat lempikukkiani, jo värinkin takia. Mutta käyvätkö kauriit/peurat syömässä niitä noin asutulla alueella?
    Mukavaa uutta viikkoa!

  5. My father's family came from Sweden (Svenson) Swanson in the U.S. I'm always intrigued to see photos from there. Looks like your weather isn't all that different than ours, with the exception that we have many inches of snow that will take a while to melt. Gullis looks like he's out to hunt! They don't mind as long as they can come in and get warm again quickly! Love to see the snow crocus- truly a first sign of spring!

  6. Jaana...what a treat to find the snowdrops and crocus! I hope you had sunshine for your parent's visit. Poor kitty... I don't think I would like snowy ground under my paws either! Smiles...Susan
